Multi-account sportsbook-limits dispute
Priority C — sportsbook issue
What happened
Player "Rioluth" reported opening a second 500Casino account on 31 December, depositing $185.97 in LTC and growing the balance to $10,000.02 through tennis bets. He said the second account passed KYC verification using the same identity documents as his original account, and that it accepted a deposit and allowed betting before a withdrawal was declined and the account restricted. 500Casino's sportsbook representative (Cossaq) responded that the player's original account already carried betting limits and that opening a second account to keep betting was a serious Terms of Service breach; the operator said the case had been reviewed multiple times and the decision would stand. In a later exchange prompted by CryptoBetGrade, a 500Casino representative clarified that KYC verification is a separate identity/compliance process and does not by itself amount to permission to run a second account — but did not produce the historical account records needed to confirm or rule out what the player says happened. Several images from the original complaint are no longer accessible online, so the central disputed point — whether 500Casino was actually told about and allowed the second account before the disputed betting took place — remains unresolved on the current public record.

Operator's stated reason
"Player's original account was already subject to sportsbook betting limits; 500Casino treated the second account as a breach of its Terms of Service used to evade those limits, not an approved arrangement, and said the decision would not change after multiple internal reviews."
