What happened
A player with a verified account and correct banking details reported 8-9 cancelled withdrawal attempts. 96.com removed the crypto withdrawal option mid-dispute, leaving only bank transfer, then said it could not process payments to the player's bank and asked the player to try a different bank. No successful payout was documented; the complaint remains open.
