What happened
Player said the account was blocked after successfully withdrawing $10,000 and accumulating a further $2,000-$3,000, and reported no response from support via email, Discord or Telegram. Chips.gg told Casino Guru the account had been registered using a false birthdate indicating the player was a minor at signup. Casino Guru sided with the operator and closed the complaint as unjustified.
