Degen Casino's own support has confirmed, in a live chat, that the site owner's account is under active investigation for suspected "abuse/arbitrage" — support representative Brian Fox stated a separate team "investigating for abuse/arbitrage work" would follow up once they had an update, without disclosing what specifically triggered the review. This isn't a quote from Degen's published Terms & Conditions (no separate, independently-readable arbitrage clause was found on the site), but it is direct, first-hand confirmation that Degen actively investigates and flags accounts for suspected arbitrage betting in practice.

What happened
Player said a 410 USDT deposit was used across 13 sports bets (10 wins, 3 losses), producing a balance around 924 USDT. After requesting withdrawal, Degen Casino allegedly said the sportsbook Terms of Service had been knowingly violated and that the winnings would be seized while the deposit would be returned; the player later said the withdrawal was instead cancelled and only the original 410 USDT remained. The player published historical odds comparisons arguing the bets were placed at normal or worse-than-market prices, and separately requested the specific bet IDs, rules and evidence behind the decision. A ContestHunters mediation was reportedly closed in the casino's favor; the player continued to contest that outcome. No public Degen Casino reply was located in the Bitcointalk thread itself.
