What happened
A player's account was locked mid-session after a crypto win, and the casino demanded certified ID, proof of income, exchange screenshots and transaction IDs. The player supplied everything within two weeks, but Flush kept citing linked accounts/multiple bonus claims via shared payment methods. Casino.Guru's resolver found the linking evidence credible enough to reject the complaint despite the player's cooperation.
