What happened
A player won $18,000 on a slot and was suspended for alleged multi-account bonus abuse; the player maintained they only ever had one account. Flush's risk team cited evidence of linked accounts and its terms' one-account clause ("You are only allowed to register one Account with the Service"). AskGamblers found Flush "acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions" and closed the case without the player recovering the funds.
