What happened
A player who had self-excluded in Oct 2023 for gambling problems had her account reopened by Flush after a brief chat/email exchange, with no cooling-off period. Casino.Guru's resolver said the exclusion should have been treated as permanent or at minimum subject to a evaluation period before reopening, and Flush agreed to refund the post-reopening deposits; the account was then permanently closed.
