Arbitrage betting not allowed
Lucky Block's Terms don't appear to name arbitrage/surebetting specifically, but include a broad "unfair advantage"/abusive-pattern clause — found via a regional (India) Terms mirror and independently paraphrased by a second reviewer — under which an account can be closed and funds forfeited, not merely bets voided.

Account closed and ~$27,444 balance confiscated after completed KYC — deposit later offered back, winnings still disputed

Account Balance including deposit confiscated Priority A — confiscation / forfeiture
What happened
Player deposited $9,500, built the balance to $27,484 through play, and passed KYC verification. A $40 test withdrawal was processed successfully, after which the subsequent 27,444 USDT withdrawal was delayed and the account was closed with the balance confiscated. A later Bitcointalk discussion (bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5500172.0) records a LuckyBlock representative on AskGamblers saying the original 9,500 USDT deposit would be refunded — the player continued to dispute the confiscation of the roughly 17,944 USDT in winnings on top of that. This case should be read as two separable pieces: an apparently-resolved deposit refund, and still-disputed winnings.
Amount at stake
$27,444
Operator's stated reason
"Cited multiple accounts / false KYC documentation, per the operator — disputed by the player; separately, a LuckyBlock representative said the original deposit would be refunded"
Status
Unresolved — From the player's account, this has not been made right.
