A player says they bet on Qzino's sportsbook for two days and were blocked when attempting to withdraw, citing an email that invoked clause 6.3 (allowing an account to be blocked without a stated reason). The same player posted on Bitcointalk that the dispute was explicitly sports-related and that Casino Guru wouldn't handle it for that reason; Bitcointalk records Qzino later engaging publicly there and discussing an exceptional appeal/KYC process. AskGamblers now lists the complaint as resolved, but the public record doesn't establish exactly what remedy produced that status, so it shouldn't be read as a confirmed full payout.
