72-hour KYC deadline, easy to miss
AskGamblers logs an unresolved complaint where a player says Rainbet left a Level 4 KYC request in support chat with only a 72-hour deadline attached; by the time they saw the message the window had already passed, and the account was reportedly closed with over EUR 3,000 inside despite the player submitting identity, address and source-of-funds documents afterward. Several other Rainbet complaints (AskGamblers, Trustpilot, Bitcointalk) independently describe a similar shape: deposit/bet, request a withdrawal, get hit with an enhanced KYC or "bets under review" hold, then a prolonged block or closure.
Arbitrage bets may be voided — account safe
Rainbet may void or cancel bets identified as arbitrage, but does not restrict or close the account as a result.
Withdrawals processed in 5-15 minutes
