KYC conditional
"Conditional" means no KYC is required just to sign up and play. Verification is only requested in some cases — most commonly when withdrawing, or if suspicious activity is flagged.
Rollbit's Sports Policy (rollbit.com/sports-policy) is JavaScript-rendered and could not be independently retrieved by an automated fetch, so no verbatim clause is quoted here. Rollbit's sportsbook runs on the same BetBy white-label platform as SolCasino.io, BetFury, Cryptorino, Winna, Betpanda and Rakebit, all six of which carry a near-identical "arbitrage strategy... strictly prohibited" clause at the same Section 7.4.4 of the shared template — flagged for Rollbit on that pattern-match basis, not from independently reading Rollbit's own copy of the text.
Payout & support complaints reported
Casino.Guru rates Rollbit 4.1/10 (“Low”) on its Safety Index and has logged 110 player complaints against it (44 unresolved, 14 resolved, 50 rejected, 2 open), describing a “no reaction policy” toward its complaint-mediation process. One tracked case: a player with completed KYC and a prior clean withdrawal history had a $700 balance confiscated over an unspecified “Terms and Conditions” violation, and Rollbit stopped responding to follow-ups. A separate, dated AskGamblers forum case (Feb 2026, open) describes a player who had already completed KYC having $907 frozen over vague “linked accounts” concerns, with Rollbit going silent and reportedly blocking the player on social media — the same pattern (restriction or non-payment after KYC, then no response) shows up independently on both platforms.

Cases here come from operator-facing complaint platforms (AskGamblers, Casino Guru) and public forum/Reddit reports. A verified case went through that platform's own review process; an unverified one is a community report we haven't independently confirmed. Visitors can also file a complaint directly (see below) — those go through our own review before publishing, kept separate from this sourced set. See How scoring works for the full methodology.
