What happened
A player alleges Thunderpick sent a withdrawal over the BEP-20 network to a Revolut address that required ERC-20, causing the transaction to bounce back. The player supplied transaction IDs and says support acknowledged the returned funds and promised a manual credit — but the account was then allegedly disabled. The same dispute was cross-posted to LCB's own forum; no final resolution is visible in either indexed source.
