What happened
Player was described by Verde as strictly a sportsbook player. Verde cited Sportsbook T&C 2.13, which prohibits placing multiple identical bets on the same match to bypass limits. The player said the account was blocked after a withdrawal request and was offered 100,000 HUF if the rest of the balance was removed. Casino Guru said it lacked the sportsbook expertise to adjudicate the rule dispute and closed the case without a ruling.
