Arbitrage betting not allowed
Wild.io's own Terms of Service explicitly prohibit arbitrage betting: "Opposite betting or arbitrage betting is prohibited and may result in account termination and confiscation of funds." Unlike many operators' void-only clauses, this one extends the stated consequence to full account closure and balance forfeiture.

What happened
Player said three pre-match football bets were placed on the same Under 2.5 second-half goals market, funded by a 298.1033 USDT deposit. A 451.39 USDT withdrawal request triggered a video-verification review, after which the account was closed and the 452 USDT balance retained. The player disputed allegations of arbitrage/correlated wagers and argued the operator had cited different, seemingly contradictory clauses across its communications. Wild.io later replied publicly on the same Bitcointalk thread: it said its review found breaches of both General Clause 20.51 and Sportsbook Rule 2.22, rejected the claim that the two cited clauses were contradictory, and said completing a video-verification call does not itself mean identity verification was successfully passed or override a sportsbook-rule breach. Wild.io said it would not reverse the decision. This is one of the few cases in this database with direct, sustained public operator participation on both the initial and follow-up allegations.

Operator's stated reason
"Breaches of General Clause 20.51 and Sportsbook Rule 2.22, per Wild.io's own public reply; the operator said the two clauses were not contradictory and declined to reverse the decision (a related discussion also appears at bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5436238.440)"
