Overview
FortuneJack (fortunejack.com) is a long-running crypto casino and sportsbook, live since 2014 — one of the older brands in this database. A notable discrepancy surfaced in this research pass: FortuneJack's own Help Center and its live Terms & Conditions give conflicting answers on Lithuania's restricted-country status, which this pass could not resolve one way or the other. Recurring complaints describe withdrawal delays and account-verification disputes. Its general Terms include a broad "unfair play" clause that has reportedly been invoked against arbitrage-style betting patterns, though arbitrage isn't named explicitly.

Bonus policy
A multi-deposit welcome package is advertised across this long-running brand; exact current tiers and wagering requirement were not independently confirmed in this pass.
Withdrawal timeframe
Recurring complaints describe withdrawal delays and account-verification disputes; specific case-level detail was not captured to the same standard as this database's fuller entries.
KYC / verificationKYC conditional
"Conditional" means no KYC is required just to sign up and play. Verification is only requested in some cases — most commonly when withdrawing, or if suspicious activity is flagged.
KYC threshold not consistently disclosed across sources. FortuneJack's own Help Center and its live Terms & Conditions give conflicting answers on Lithuania's restricted-country status specifically — this pass could not resolve which is current.
