An earlier research pass found no sportsbook; win.gg later reported Goated "recently launched a sportsbook" with 30+ betting markets across football, tennis, basketball, cricket and more, plus esports — this profile has been updated to reflect that launch. Goated runs a VIP tier system (Bronze through Diamond, based on XP) with daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, a level-up rakeback program measured by one third-party reviewer at roughly 29.5% on theoretical losses, and an estimated $175,000 leaderboard/raffle pool. SHFL (Shuffle.com's token) is accepted as a deposit currency alongside Goated's own GOATED token — reviewers note this doesn't indicate any ownership relationship to Shuffle.com, just an accepted asset. A follow-up research pass found six complaints on Casino Guru and Trustpilot (see Complaints tab): four were resolved to the player's satisfaction (in two cases after Goated provided goodwill compensation), one was rejected by Casino Guru as unjustified, and one is an unverified Trustpilot allegation.
