Overview
Shuffle (shuffle.com) is a crypto casino and sportsbook that launched in February 2023, founded by Noah Dummett — a former BitMEX employee who went on to trade at Alameda Research and FTX, leaving before FTX's November 2022 collapse. Co-founders are reported as Darcy Spangler and Harley Fresh; a separate ABC News report names Ishan Haque as a co-founder too, a discrepancy in the founding-team roster that isn't resolved across sources. The platform is incubated by crypto venture group Fisher8 Capital and runs its own SHFL token, launched March 2024, used for a lottery/staking rewards program. In October 2025, Shuffle's third-party CRM provider (Fast Track) suffered a data breach exposing player names, contact details, betting history and KYC documents; the founder publicly confirmed the breach and said passwords and full payment data were not exposed. ABC News also reported in June 2025 that Shuffle geo-blocks Australia, the UK and the US while still running promotional livestreams and recruiting loss-share affiliates out of a Melbourne studio.

No confirmed standard welcome bonus (sources conflict)
Routine crypto withdrawals often settle in under a minute
KYC-triggered withdrawals can take days to weeks
Trustpilot 3.0/5 citing withdrawal delays
Detailed background research on stated policy — broader than any single number in the score breakdown above, though it informs it. Where an operator's own terms couldn't be fetched, that's noted and the figures are flagged as third-party rather than operator-confirmed.
Bonus policy
Figures conflict sharply by source. CryptoSlate cites a 100% first-deposit match up to $1,000 at 35x wagering; a separate affiliate promo-code page instead advertises 200% up to $3,000 — likely an enhanced referral-only offer rather than the standard rate. Shuffle's own Terms of Service don't state a wagering multiplier at all, and its own promotions page, as checked, showed no standard welcome/deposit-match offer live — only in-progress promos (a lottery, sportsbook boosts, a slots tournament).
Withdrawal timeframe
Shuffle's own terms state no fixed processing timeframe. Third-party reviewers describe routine crypto withdrawals settling in under a minute once approved, but say a triggered KYC review can leave the same withdrawal pending for days to weeks. Documented complaints include AskGamblers threads describing withdrawals stuck under review for 2+ weeks and over a month, and a Trustpilot score of 3.0/5 across 938 reviews citing withdrawal delays and sudden account suspensions as recurring themes.
KYC / verificationKYC conditional
Shuffle's own terms reserve the right to request KYC documentation "at any time," with no fixed dollar threshold disclosed. Third-party reviewers independently confirm a discretionary, risk-based approach most often triggered by a large or bonus-linked win, requiring ID, proof of address and a liveness check.
